Michaela Clary

Founding Member

Michael Clary is a management consultant and business leader who worked for AT Kearney, Inc. and Bain & Company working with a myriad of clients across growth strategy, operational improvement and private equity investment initiatives. She was subsequently in-house at Avon Products working across regions and divisions to identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency. An active volunteer, Michaela serves on the boards of Parents-in-Action, an organization working with New York City independent schools to keep parents connected and informed as they strive to raise healthy children and the International Initiative for Pediatrics and Nutrition (IIPAN), a partnership with Columbia University to bring improved nutrition education and execution to underserved communities globally. She serves on the Alumnae Board of The Chapin School and is a parent volunteer at Buckley, Chapin, Collegiate and Choate Schools. 

Michaela is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School
