7 Day Mattering Challenge


  1. Say “hi” to a stranger. 

  2. Ask a friend, teacher or parent for help.

  3. Look someone in the eye and say thank you.

  4. Call a friend or relative you have not spoken to in a while.

  5. Write a short note to someone who is important to you to express your gratitude.

  6. Give someone a compliment.

  7. Pitch in with something you don’t normally do at home or in the classroom.
